I wonder where in 458 Italia we put a CD ... Nowhere is shown input to the CD-player.
An option is available for iPod but no cd changer. Does this mean that standard we have radio and option is radio + iPod and there is no possibility to play our CD'S ???
It is strange to me ... Can someone explain this?
    Maby I'am wrong...

    Best regards

Music? you want to play *music*?

You want to play music on *CD*? gramophone stuff in high tech car.. shudder lol.

iPod or iPhone.. only way to go.. if you must.

Yes music.... That's a standard 458 not a scuderia or challange version...
I know that this is a Ferrari and I know the music in this car is the engine and when you driving it hard you will not hear anything.
Exotic car is not only to stand in Grage but also for driving (at least for me).
If I'am driving my Ferrari the background music would not interfere (sometimes) - especially on long distances.
I also like my Ipod but sometimes i play music on a CD. Especially when i want to buy one in the city. There is no possibility to buy music on Ipod when you are crusing. That's why I'am asking. I do not beleve that you never play music in your Ferrari when you driving it on long distance. Maby your car stay in garage all the time -than it's cleare...
In summer I try to use my Ferrari as a DD. For me music is important thing. Is it something wrong?

Best regards and sorry for mistakes.

    Relax mate ;)

I use my iPod 90% of the time. But the 10%, i use my Cd. Save me the hassle of taking out the iPod and carrying it around, when i have to park in a dodgy area ;)

In glove box there is a place for CD/DVD but I really don't know if it is only for navigation CD or also you can play music.

I'am relaxed all the time :)

BTW I'm really impressed with the ipod interface - works really well

Also if you like music make sure you get the sound upgrade.

If the area is dodgy, the iPod might be the least of your issues. :)

Completely agree. I even cared about music in my Scud and the 16M comes with a great system.

I get soooooo weary of the standard line, the exhaust provides the music. Pleeeeease....

Spot on. Not all of us (and I bet even actually few os us) live with clear, open roads around us. Reality is queues, slow traffic and traffic lights where the exhaust "music" is more likely to be the diesel-stinking bus in front of you at the red light.

I'd never get a car - any car - that I want to drive on the road without a decent stereo. :)
