Are 355's Hidden Door Handles Unique?

    At a recent show a spectator came over to me and my 1998 355F1 GTS and asked where the (outside) door handles were. He said he was able to see them on the 308s, 328s, 360s, 430s, 550s, TRs, etc, but not on the 355. I showed him where they were tucked away.

    My question is - are there any other production Ferraris that have hidden door handles, or is the 355 unique?

    Having no idea where the door handles on a 355 are, do you care to illustrate?

    I dug through some pics of 355s and see that they are subtle, I didn't see them. So what's the gimmick? By the way, I dislike the hidden interior handles on my 308, I have to explain how to get out to every new passenger. Not a positive characteristic.

    the TR has handles that are tucked up in the side vents and out of sight

    The exterior handles on an F355 are just where you would expect them, just under the air inlet.

    Testarossa door handles are similar to F355 handles.

    Sure, where do you think they got the inspiration for the handles on the 308GTB/GTS? :)
