355 gear shifting problem

hi all, i coudnt find a thread for this problem, my reverse wount go into gear, and it ends up in 2nd gear, and the 1st gear shifts into 3rd when ever i tried shifting it, so at the end i took of the gear shifting panel (aluminium part) and just about to get it into reverse by playing around. i am planning to look into it in the next few days, and wanted some advice, solution or where to start looking. i have attached the diagram and circled the maybe problem area. mine is a 355 spyder 1995 6 speed of course any help or advice would be appriciated. many thanks.

fixed the problem,thanks to my fellow ferrari buddies.here is the link.the reverse gear wasnt shifting, this can also be related to other gears aswell.
