BBQ rubbed pork Tenderloin cooked a perfect medium.
Asparagus with lemon juice, touch of butter and S&P.
White cheddar and smoked cheddar macaroni and cheese.

Big hit with the crew tonight.

Oh yeah. It's been a while. LOVE the garlic sauce - but it'll curl the hair of anyone who dares get too close to you afterward.

Dinner was amazing. Just took a position as the chef at a new Spanish and Tapas place, opened just this Friday. I was astounded by the amount of orders for escargot in a town of 140,000, right about a dozen orders in one night.

Had a sample of just about everything on the menu:

I've had toast for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the past several days... primarily because it's inexpensive.

Although, last night I made dinner more exciting by scrambling some eggs on top. lol - I just have to laugh. :)

    All the best,
    Andrew.

Eating my dinner now. I had a class a couple hours ago, then my bus ran late (the driver was outside talking on her phone), so I'm just exhausted.

Went to Chilli's To Go, got myself some Chicken stripes and fries with honey mustard and gravy, and some corn on the cob.

    I feel that this isn't enough :D

Finally scrumped some time to cook dinner at home, chinese themed.

Fried rice with okra and szechrun eggplant.

First time with the okra, turned out a little gooey but passable.

Went to an Indian restaurant near my apartment. First time I went in there, I didn't order anything, I asked if they were hiring, and it was completely empty.

Today, they had 'some' people there. They really didn't bother to make conversation with me, but the other lady at the bar, the white lady, was super talkative. :D

I ordered Tandoori Chicken, and so far, it's really good.

and for dessert, I ordered Kheer, google it :D

Well, the funny thing is, I could understand what they were saying in the kitchen and what the servers were saying to each other. I found that hilarious.
