Saw a Glimpse of a 308 in a Movie

In the movie Rocky V, there's a ~3 second glimpse of the back end of a red PF 308. That's about all of the detail I could get. By the time I realized it was one our most appreciated cars, the scene changed, and I never noticed it again.

Plate says "SOUTHPAW" I guess that was a repo of his property..

 

I had forgotten about the Internet Movie Car Database...that was fun to play with that site for a little while.

I agree, the scene in Against All Odds rocks. Can James Woods drive or what?

 

Actually, I don't recall a Countach in Rocky 4, but he was driving a black Lamborghini Jalpa in that movie after Apollo died.

 

Anybody seen the movie , "The Hidden" with Kyle McLaughlin? It's about 20+ years ago. Lots of cool technical flaws that are fun to catch like the front emblem is missing during a scene and re-appears a few seconds later in the same scene. It makes the 308 look like it really flys. Shame about the stereotype stuff at the dealer.

 

Opening scene to Beverly Hills Cop 2 is a good one. They really got the lighting rigt to make that one look reall nice.

 

Just saw Cocktail for the first time on cable.

There she was - Red 308GTB. Sweet.

In BH Cop 2 they switched back and forth between a 308 and 328 but it was fun to watch anyways.

Another cool one is a short scene in 'The Pursuit of Happyness'. That 308 belonged to an F-Chatter who supplied it for the movie.

Wow, brings back memories. Totally forgot about that movie.

 

Commando-Awnald flips that yellow 911? back up right off its damaged side and drives away, and it's perfect. I believe right after he drops Sully sp.? off the cliff side. I always laugh

 

WOW, he changed from a GTS to a GTB, from a carb to a QV, all in one drive scene.

 

The new TV series "Covert Affairs" has a great clip of the 360. It's on the episode "SOUTHBOUND SUAREZ". Great example of Carroll Shelbys' "take the cash from the dash in 10sec". Check out the Star doing dounuts, I think something was not quite right, can you spot it? Anyway, great shots and sounds of the 360.
