Raspberry Danish and many cups of Dark Roast Sumatra Organic Coffee.
I've decided that the "Organic" label on the Coffee makes all food ingested while drinking it "Healthy" :D

Tomorrow morning I'm having a mango banana pear smoothie with half a cup of sauvignon blanc.

It's a forty minute commute to work, I might as well make it a little more interesting

My favorite breakfast sandwich. 2 fried eggs, smoked turkey and a slice of cheese on a whole wheat sandwich thin with some chipotle El Yucateco on top.

Home made bread. The ones that comes from an automatic bread maker.
Just had to wake up this morning to the smell of freshly baked bread, plus
    2 glasses of apple cider.

Ahhh! The simple things in life.

    Made my day.

I had a couple scrambled eggs with mushrooms and few thin slices of skirt steak. Couple slices of nice whole grain toast and some good fresh ground and roast coffee. First decent meal I've had in days.
