Very nice photos. Pity about the tree in photo 3! Is this the car that is currently for sale or another one?
It is one of the only 2 JOTA cars (25 total for USA SE cars) built in the USA by Steve at www.drivenexotics.com with factory OEM JOTA Kits..the other one I own and it is for sale..Steve completed these both at about the same time a few years back. Car pictured is in the upper mid-west of the USA with it's current owner..
Yes, I can see the subtle differences between the two US Jotas, side marker lights and indicator lights being the obvious. Two lucky owners.
Thats just awsome, I had the classic "and now watch this!!" situations since I was a little kid growing up in the alps, imitating colt sievers style stunts (on the bycicle)... its psychologically interesting ... it occurred to me last year with an exige s (which wasnt mine) good friend sitting in the passenger seat (it wasn't his either) now watch this ! approaching a fast left bend at full chatter 4th gear..braking - changing and flicking it in , drifting but.. the bend is to long the power input to low --> backslap the other way around... you see the wall... then the time slows down and you think ..oh my gaaawwwd !! what did I do !!! why didn't I stop when It was still fun !!! ....I want to lay down ! next thought "±¿å∂µçº you can't let this happen to you" .. and this is a crucial pivot point that I think happens to all of us, where it can go in both directions, where you either get paralized and crash or you overcome, try to save and maybe are lucky ...
Roy, thanks for the PMs. I'm outstation now & will be home next week to check with my authorities on having a LHD. It'll most likely be parked @ home for trackdays only. Gorgeous!

It looks like you have different rear fenders with some sort of enlarged air intake? Can you tell us the details on that, such as what they are, why, who did it, why was done, etc., please?
That is a beautiful car, but why did a previous owner ruin the rear air intakes? This car was about 4 miles from where I live about a year ago, and I believe it was that owner who had the air intakes altered and the GTR wing added (thankfully gone now!). I went past the owner's house several times but it was always hidden away unfortunately!
Yes, that is correct. The owner's name of the car when that was done (not current owner) was of Eastern origins, although living in the UK. That car featured in a few UK magazines as well back in the 90s.
Very nice, I did not know that you were the owner. This car has an unique interior and was indeed featured in several car magazines: Autocar 05/1995 Car 06/1995 Superclassics, issue 3 1995 If you are interested PM me your mail address and I'll send you the articles
Correct. Its a mod done by quite a few of the Far Eastern owners. I knew of the car and it was offered to me over the telephone, I was very happy to hear and see that the GT rear wing had been removed. It was my plan to put the intakes back to standard as my mental image of them was much worse than the reality. Upon taking delivery I dont actually mind them at all, also time and a reluctance to put paintgun to the car has made me decide against it for now.
that is a very nice one! the unique color combo makes it one of best looking SE30s (to me) i love the look and looked at this car ads but unfortunately (for me ) it is an RHD.... with the stock wing, the air intakes looks not bad in these pics, i would very likely keep it as it is now (aniway they are not a big deal imo) the GT-R wing looked really out of place ...great to see it so beautiful in your images: tks for sharing
Thank you. To be honest Viola was my first choice, but this came up and when I realised it was the car as featured in magazines over here in the UK and that I then as a youthful 20yr old driving a Ford Escort 1600cc used to gaze at and daydream "if only" I had to have it. Which is ironic as I now look at articles featuring 1600cc cars and daydream "if only I had those cheap fuel bills"
Hi Think you had a bargain there, I was watching the price of it when it was for sale nearly a year ago. To be fair, that owner seemed to keep it in really good condition. Usually, those rear air intakes are just fixed on without blending them into the bodywork, but unfortunately, your car has had them blended in which presumably means awkward work if trying to put them back original. Were the original intakes hacked off in order to put the aftermarket ones on? Pity if this did happen. Hope you take the plunge and put it back to original one day! More photos please.
Just relisted my SE30 JOTA car...and added a BUNCH of new photos as well.. http://www.catsexotics.com/web/1317/vehicle/369564/1994-Lamborghini-Diablo-SE30%20JOTA
Beautiful Jota, thanks for the new photos. Change the front indicators from orange to clear glass and it will look better!
Not only in Japan.. The 400 KPH speedo was one of the components installed in the Jotas completed by the factory. There happen to be a fair number of factory Jotas in Japan. Image Unavailable, Please Login
