That's probably a rumor started by his camp. I'd laugh if that were to happen, then I'd grow irritated, then I'd want to hear him promise championships every damned year he's with us!

Can you imagine all the discrepancies in the board room.

Above all though, Papa Bernie would NEVER allow that contract to exist.

    I hope so.

Flav can build a team, and lead it to victory.

Domenicali is an idiot, makes far to many mistakes, can't cover up for ****.

Flavio is a cool character (despite his speedo's), and he says how it is.

flav and bernie are good friends...

The only reason I can think of that it maybe won't happen is that Ferrari might dominate again and we all know that the ratings of F1 dropped from 2002 till 2005.

    Meh...

I'm not saying it wouldn't be good for the team; I'm not against it. I just can't see it happening.

Far from being cool in My book, he's far too sleazy and tacky and lacks class.

For Me, if you want cool, look at LDM. He's got class, style, elegance and when he talks, he's incredibly articulate and speaks with a superb elegance!.

Briatore is just a sweaty, fat old man who always seems to be surrounded by controversy, where ever he goes.

Here's a question, would you trust him 100% with your most prized possessions, be it your money, your cars, your wife?.
Would you honestly believe everything he ever tells you with no doubts whatsoever?.
    I know I wouldn't!.

I'd be most disappointed if Ferrari were to employ him in any way, shape or form.

Hiring Flavio would be the smartest decision Ferrari has made since hiring Brawn years ago,,,

I'm sure they could do a damn sight better than someone with his reputation!.

People seem to forget that the only thing Briatore truly believes in is Briatore and that he has left a stain of controversy in just about all the ventures he has been a part of!.

Like him or not, at least Domenicali truly believes in Ferrari 100% and is not just out for himself!.

+1 There must be better Italian management available other than Flavio.

Two peas in the pod -- I agree.

There isn't enough oxygen in the room to support these two ego's.

    Good memory!

    Yes he did.

ps. I've already spoken my piece on FLAVio and won't repeat it here. All I can say is that his CV is MUCH more impressive than Domenicali's. The fact that Santander money is behind Alonso giving him a lot of political power in the team allied to the fact that Flavio is his Mgr makes this extremely possible... a smart betting man would not dismiss the possibility...

    Good point.

As for the CV comparison: let's just count the WDCs

Allright, so Flavio is shady, at least he wins championships and more importantly he brings good looking women with him!

Positive: Luca would feel very handsome next to Flav. Negative: Flav is a babe magnet. Game-set-match: Negative

if Briatore really replace Domenicalli.....will he bring Pat Symonds with him ? Can't wait..Ex Mclaren (Pat Fry) and Ex Renault working together in Maranello......will be perfect, if Newey join them....
