Formula 1™ 2010 - Game (PC/XBOX360/PS3)

I'll be buying it soon from Steam for PC.

 

When is it supposed to be in stores in the US?

I called gamestop and they arent getting it till the 23rd and bestbuy guy was to dumb to tell me. And Walmart had no idea what I was talking about.

Thought it was suppossed to be in stores the 21st in the US???????????

 

I pre-ordered from Gamestop today, and the guy at the counter didn't say anything about a release date, and there's nothing about it on the receipt. I'll probably just call them tomorrow before I run over to pick it up.

 

Interesting, the guy at gamestop told me that it wasnt shipping till the 22nd. Idk, im frustrated. really want the game tomorrow.

 

The video is titled "50 Smashes in F1 2010," which is also going to be the same as my first race on F1 2010.

 

I pre-ordered a few weeks ago from Gamestop. They said it would ship the 21st.

Have you talked to them about if it'll be in stores today though? I've seen that the actual release date is the 22nd, but the shipping date as today.

 

Yeah, the salesguy said it'd be today.

Also, their link shows Pre-orders available for pickup today.

My mind keeps wandering to F1 instead of work -- LOL!!

 

My GameStop just told me that the ship date is tomorrow and they'll have it Thursday. He explained it as popular games having a "Street Date" and other games a "Ship Date". Oh well, just another 2 days.

 

Their link I posted just changed their date to tomorrow!

I went to the store this morning to pick mine up and they told me it won't ship to them until tomorrow. I'm like, "that's BS" Why would gamestop 1 day ship a video game? That doesn't make financial sense? I remember waaaayyy back when, when I worked at Hollywood Video (highschool was the best lol) we got our movies/games in the Friday before a Tuesday release. That way we had them to put on the shelf by Tuesday. I didn't argue with him, I just walked out pissed off at the world for not having my videogame in the day I wanted it.

 

Yeah, I was wondering the same thing and the guy explained it to me. When you look at the list some games will say SD9/22/10, which is the SD for Street Date and other will just have the date which means it will ship out that day and come in the next.

Just preordered mine. The guy at gamestop said that itll be in thursday or friday. How lame is that. Whatever, these next couple days better go by fast.

Has anyone downloaded it on Steam yet for the PC?

I have a PC copy ordered through Newegg.com. It now says that the order is on hold.

I may DL it from Steam if anyone else has had success with that and cancel my Newegg order.

No local stores had it today, I just gave up and ordered it through Amazon...
