I actually just saw Jeff Dunham live on Sunday...

IMO, His show was excellent. Not to mention it was 2 1/2 hrs long.

I like the fact that he isn't obsessively vulgar like so many others nowadays.

Several names in this thread that I need to check out.

Brian Regan is my absolute favourite. For those who aren't familiar with him, check out The Epitome of Hyperbole. Broken out into five parts here:

If you like it, there's a lot more on YouTube. 100% clean, 100% hilarious.

BTW don't just listen to the audio...you really have to see his facial expressions for full comedic effect.

Saw Jeff Dunham (the other white meat) last week here on Cape Cod 3rd time seeing him packed place laughed our asses off. but.. THE funniest person i've ever seen and also had the pleasure to meet was Rip Taylor. alot of you may remember him from yrs. ago on the Gong Show laughed from start to finish at the show then after a friend and myself were in the bar and he walks in with two guys asked if we saw the show told'm yes he asks to sit with us and had a FEW beers.. he never stopped joking it was like a private show. Thought I'd Pi** myself laughing so much

Haha, well then I guess I am. Some funny quotes:

"If Dracula can't see his reflection in a mirror, how come his hair is always so neatly combed?"

"I think it's wrong that only one company makes the game Monopoly."

"Ever notice how it's a penny for your thoughts, yet you put in your two-cents? Someone is making a penny on the deal!"

"All those who believe in telekinesis, raise my hand."

That show RULED. Especially the few appearances they had with George Carlin. Wish it was on DVD.

For anyone that finds Jeff Dunham funny, I'd recommend a ventriloquist act called "Otto and George".

Absolutely killer comedy but it is most definitely R-rated.

Aziz Ansari at the moment. He's coming to the University of Florida's Gator Growl Homecoming pep rally in two weeks. It's the largest student-run pep rally in the US and we regularly get tip notch acts to perform.

Adam Carolla has started doing comedy shows. I have listened to a few and they are good. Basically his podcast on stage, not really a canned routine.

Rodney Dangerfield, I love how he could make an audience laugh without profanity. His lines were the best!
