Has anyone re soldered Broken Nipple on Fuel Tank for the return Line
It´s possible , find someone that is good in soldering aluminium. Get all the petrol out of the tank first and clean it , you don´t want a big explosion when working on it ...

I have welded aluminum tanks before. You need to fit a VERY good TIG welder and let him do it. I would be very scared to put a flame near the tank. The arch of the TIG torch does not appear to post as much danger as a flame. Could be my false feeling of safety but I have never had a problem TIG welding Aluminum gas tanks.
Empty the liquid fuel from the tank. Then fill the tank with exhaust fumes. The exhaust fumes will displace the oxegen in the tank.
