My original post was about changing and acquiring injectors, which I'm not sure I got the answer for. Furthermore after reading all the replies , it seems that bushings are also required. As far as they are concerned , if someone can advise me on the correct material, I can make them for anyone who needs them. I own a high precision mold shop with every kind of cnc equipment needed. I figure I can make these for @ $20.00 ea., if I get enough interest. I'll measure them up and create a 3d model and produce them in quantity. I will also design a tool for easy removal of the bushings.

    Lemme know,
    Luch

I did this before. Have 120 on stock now compleet with the right O rings. I have a ad on ferrarichat for these bushings I offer them on ferrarichat (for members) for $25,00. I offer them on ebay for $ 35,00 because of the ebay costs.

Bushings and O rings are not a problem any longer.

    Geert Jan,

Got all the torx screws out of the bottom half but the distributor would NOT come apart. Does the large piston HAVE to come out before the distributor will come apart?

    Mark,

Knock with a (yellow) plastic or rubber hammer to the side The torx screws on top and the torx screws at the bottom should be removed. When you have al the torx screws removed and you knock with a hammer it will open a bit. Don’t turn the upper half and lower half separately because there are springs inside. Whe you pull very carefull it will open. You don’t have to remove the big screws at the bottom to open it.

Torx screws for Bosch means don’t touch. The 8 cylinder will look a bit different form the 6 cylinder but the principal will be the same. Make sure to remove the plunger first before it drops on the floor and might be damaged. Do you have the K jetronic bosch book? I can mail it to you.

Later today or tonight I will post a How to do it guide on ferrarichat.

    Mark,

If you are sure that al the torx and non torx screws are removed it should open. You can put it on one side and hammer it in the other side. Put it on wood and use a plastic hammer to avoid damaging it. That how I opened the MB and Ferrari FD’s.
