While, I wish I could say it was mine! The new owner has it stashed away waiting for some run time. It may make it up to cars and coffee over the next couple of weeks.

It is simply amazing to see in the flesh...

I think it's the first one to arrive in the states. Was delivered a couple weeks back.

Grigio Titan so it seems. Interesting colour combo. Would love to see more pics as this looks good on the GTO.

Yeah I will swing by the shop and snap a few more. My buddy configured it for his uncle, I think he did a pretty nice job.

I like it, mainly because it's one solid color which seems to be in the minority of these, I looked through the GTO Picture thread and there were only around 5 without some sort of stripe, painted roof, livery on it.

Sent one of my buddies by to see it at FoW when it came in. Car was very nice in the flesh and he loves that particular color. I think the car needs to be red personally, but I do like the way it looks. I was not as much a fan of the carbon fiber side skirt, I would have preferred it to be body color. Other than that, car is spot on.

Hope these numbnuts sold the car to a longtime (pre numbnuts) local customer, not someone from out of state.

...and hopefuly said purchaser exercises the "...unlimited miles" portion fo the 2yr. warranty thoroughly.

I've always appreciated remarkable cars that are visually understated. The only thing better than the Grigio will be when it's coated in track dust and rubber haze to blend the CF accents in.

Couldn't get one if I wanted one, don't have a relationship with a dealer.

I've assumed we're talking about FoW. Was curious whether they sold the car to someone they know & who fits their new client profile, or to someone who actually had a longstanding relationship with FoW.

At least the car is local, that's great.

It is a local owner. Guy has had more cars from their store than anyone. Phillip and I sold his 16M he traded. Don't get down on them too bad, from my understanding the cars they were allocated went to people that have done quite a bit of business with them. Not a fanboy, just fact. I know everyone is quick to jump down their throat, I just don't like for it to happen to anyone for the wrong reason.

I still don't like the carbon sill/rocker area.

First sentence is great to hear, that's why I asked the question.

Second sentence is wrong, but also good to hear. ;)

The truth is, I'm glad they sold the car to a local guy who's done a lot of business with them (both the old and new owners) - that's where the car should go, so good job, FoW. I mean that!

This statement makes me laugh, though:

"Guy has had more cars from their store than anyone."

Chris, I respect your efforts here to improve things, but you were at FoW for what, 30 minutes?

Actually Will, for someone who knows what it takes to do this business right, 30 minutes is pretty good. Speaking as someone who lasted 35.
