    Gentlemen,

When I start my 360 spider I’m sure if I turned the ignition key to position two all the dashboard lights would illuminate and an audible sound/buzzer would sound, this no longer happens the green ok light comes on and I start her but I feel sure when starting was demonstrated to me by the previous owner there was this sound. Also I hear you guys speaking about the bleeping sound when you arm or disarm the immobiliser but mine works fine but it silent! its also silent when you remotely unlock it! Can you advise please gents?

    Kind regards

    Jay

Jay- It sounds like your alarm siren has given up the ghost. There is a new replacement that has an improved rechargeable battery that should give no problems once replaced. Bad news is it is ~$330. People have also replaced the internal battery with an external rechargeable, but IMO more trouble than it is worth and not always reliable. You will have moved up to a 458 before the new siren fails.

If someone tries to steal your car in the meantime, you will get the same response from the siren you do when locking the car. Nada.
