    No offense Travis, but the price is not that great considering this car is a lemon buyback car.

    I recently negotiated 19k for an 03 CC at a local dealer. I passed because I hated the tranny.

    Either way, good luck. It looks great in red!

    My price is very fair considering the buyback. If it wasn't for that, it would be a $32K car.

    Any $19K modern Maserati either has high miles, deferred maintenance, or underlying issues. You did well by passing. As with any exotic, auction cars at used car dealers that are sold way below market value are a disaster waiting to happen.
