There is one at amazon.com the price is USD 1895,--

 

I think it cost around $150.00 when new. It is almost all statistics and race listings, with a few good black and white photos mixed in. I have 2 of the book sets. They are very large books.

Yes, I have this book. Is it worth the money? Is a 250GTO worth £10million?
It is BIG. 2 volumes, more than 2200 pages. Every World Championship sportscar race since 1953, full results, race reports, photos etc.
What are you looking for in this book? If I know that I might be able to help.

Hi Nathan,

Is a 1955 Ferrari yearbook worth 1000euro? I doubt it but i just wanted to have it...

I'm allways looking for books covering (historic)motorsport in general but with some Ferrari content. But it doesn't have to cover the "horses" alone. I like nice photography and well researched info.

How is the quality of printing , the pictures shown in the book etc? Could you please post some pictures of it or send to me privately?

1955 Yearbooks. Average price on ebay is £525, but there hasn't been one on ebay since Apr 2008. E1000 seems a bit high, but not much. I'm in Padova next week and I'll see if there are any there and the price.

Will get back to you later about TATS, as I have to go out now.

There are probably 200-300 photos in each book. All b/w in reasonable quality, but on matt paper. It isn't a book to sit down and read, but as a reference book it is the best there is on the subject. There are some errors - on Ferrari chassis nos. for example - as you would expect, but not many considering the size and scope of the book. As a place to find race reports without referring to numerous magazines then to have them all together is helpful.
If your interest stretches beyond Ferrari then you will probably find it useful.
