Josh Ottmann in Dallas, www.showcarproductions.com, does this type of work. He travels in Texas. You might try him. He does minor stuff to full paint correction. Recommended by the main detailer on www.detailedimage.com. They also have some great writeups on specific issues done to specific cars. Great writeups on a new 458 and an F40.

I have been incredibly busy but here is at least pics of the original paint Miura. I might try to get pics of the McLaren today. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Love the shot with all the buffers! You should ebay them. I'm sure there'd be lots of people who'd pay for a buffer with original Miura paint on it! Lol!
LOL, I have a microfiber towel collection of original paint cars (with photo documentation) Currently have original paint Boss 429 Mustang towel original paint Ferrari Daytona Spyder towel original paint Ferrari 250 GTE towel 6 or 7 original paint Ferrari Boxers (365bb, 512 bb, and 512 bbi's) original paint Lamborghini LP400 'periscopo' towel original paint Lamborghini Miura towel original paint 1964 Pontiac GTO towel original paint Shelby 427 Cobra towel Looking back on it I wish I would have kept a lot more of the towels but sadly I didn't...
Some of the McLaren pics. What a totally cool car, personally built for Bruce McLaren before his death, and the true Godfather to the F1. It still has the original '69 Chevrolet 350 LT-1 engine (which wasn't officially released by Chevy until 1970 on the Corvette and Camaro Z/28). 370 horsepower and 1800 lbs weight, not to mention original 1969 F1 rain tires Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Todd your work is unbelievably good, thanks for the writeup and keep up the good work! Stephen: nice car!
just noticed orange peel effect, various scratches, and swirl marks all over our brand new 458 (rosa corsa), searched for this thread after noticing it. very unimpressive. car was manufactured in first half of 2011. for reference, I didn't notice anything like this on our 2011 california. it shined like a mirror.
