Whole new group from when I dealt with them back in '04, if they are anything like they were back then you can deal with anyone and will be okay....What do you have your eye on? The black SL looks incredible.

 

The used to be part of Sport Auto but I think were sold off. Call and ask for Steve and hopefully he is still with them.

Yes! I saw it but have no idea who would buy it. It looks amazingly uncomfortable.

 

The doors on the Lotech sort of go up so does that mean the panties sorta come down or does that just work with the Lambos?

 

Both Steve's are gone, Dale has been in car sales for over 30 years(Porsche)and is a straight shooter from what I have been told.

 

Ed Denby is the new Sales Manager. I know him pretty well and never had a bad dealing with him. He was down here in Atlanta for a while. Ask for him and tell him the Chris Constantin said hello. He should treat you right and he will take care of the sales guy too in the process I am sure.

 

I can't quite figure out how how to get in it? I guess you would crawl headfirst over the 2 foot wide door threshold into the opposite seat then swing your legs around into the pedal compartment. I'm a skinny guy, but still have a hard time imagining squeezing into one of those narrow seats. Maybe the prospective owner could just trailer it around to shows and charge admission to view it? It is kinda Buck Rogersish though.

 

Can't speak to actual car sales at LC. I'm so poor, a Cambodian orphan sponsors ME, and the only thing I ever bought from them was a Lambo coffee mug. But I can say if they treat real customers anything near as well as they do the mere tourists with cameras, you'll be very hooked up.

Looks like the red LP640 Roadster is about to get gone, so jump on the black one--with 6 on the floor! They're asking only 300 for it.

 

Agreed to the above. Not sure about the purchase and after purchase experience, but they were very welcoming when I had a few hours before a wedding in Greensboro to burn and I spent it there. Relatively small place, but very cool none the less.

 

Lamborghini Carolinas is still a great store...even without me =-p.

Sport Auto sold the store to Eddie Littlefield from Concord NC ( a huge Lamborghini fan from way back ). He and I worked hand in hand and when it was time for me to go Ed Denby came in and took my place. Both Ed’s are super guys and of course John and Jesse are there in Aftersales and Service. You can’t go wrong with them. I have only met Dale a couple of times but if Big “E” has him on the team there is no question he is a stand up guy.

I had to get out the car business to save my marriage and my health. Needless to say when we started Lamborghini Carolinas the economy was very different than today. I poured a ton of my time and money into the place and in the end I couldn’t keep up. Too many sacrifices for my family and I had to do what was best for them and me.

I am not around the car world much these days and tend to stay away from posting here but wanted to make sure people knew the story and not be scared off from Lamborghini Carolinas.

I am now back at my old career as an electrical engineer. I spend most of my days designing PCBs and doing 3D EM Simulation. It is nice to be back in a place where I can do what I am good at and at the same time have time to spend with the family. I still have my Ferrari 328 and I even drive it on occasion!

In time I am sure I will see you guys around…
