    need help to take a car dealer in lake forrest, CA to court.
    Am I assuming correctly that i need a lawyer in Orange County, CA,
    or can i use a lawyer at my location (Ohio)?

    all attempts to resolve this on a personal level have failed.
    the owner will not even respond and refers me to his manager,
    which does not even reply at all.
    I have a professional damage assessment and can show the paper
    trail of this dubious deal.

    the dealership in question is autohaus west, if anyone can refer me to a good lawyer,
    maybe one that has dealt with them before (would not surprise me at all) ?

    The case will likely wind up in California, so you best use a lawyer licensed there. Perhaps others here know attorneys in Orange County who handle the type of case you have.

    thanks for your reply.
    i google everything else on the internet,
    but I just need to hear from at least ONE person that a lawyer is trustworthy / good.
    makes me feel akward to just google a lawyer in that are and call him without
    any reference whatsoever ;-)
