In that case, I'll through mine in for the red/black spiders.
    And it is;
    1. Fully paid for.
    2. Fully serviced. (Eugenio's)

Keep the votes coming folks!! Going to be counting them up in a day or two and start the poll!!!

Right now looks like Hans, Jay-O (formerly Bullfighters), and Newmans are the leading candidates. I have not counted them up though - just eyeballing, but will do a count before starting the poll.

That truly is a gorgeous tool kit!

But what's the deal with the plaid liner? I seem to recall seeing that before on F-Chat, but never anywhere in real life.

With the recent acquisition of two original (orange) screwdrivers, my tool kit is now complete.

BTW, I also ended up with one straight-blade original (328) screwdriver with the black handle. Anybody want it?

As for choosing the "best" 308, you all do realize that this is an impossible task, right? Many are all-original, others (like Newman's fantastic example) are spectacularly restored, others have extensive modifications that are very desirable to some - and not, perhaps, to others.

All said and done: ANY 308 that is loved, cared for, and enjoyed by its owner earns my greatest respect. Color combos, mods, accessories, etc. are, in the end, secondary considerations to the amount of passion that a well-informed owner puts into preserving, maintaining and enjoying these marvelous machines.

No way I could vote for just one.

But this is still a fun thread - at least to me anyway!!! I hope others are having fun with it nonetheless.

Did you change the blinker repeaters from rectangles to the small round ones, or did it come that way?

Great look car by the way. Overcast lighting makes for a great picture.

I know the idea of this thread is to find the "best" 3x8 but one group of unforeseen winners is a guy like me who is searching for my first Ferrari to purchase. See one car after another in this post is truly inspiring. Growing up with my nose pressed to the glass of Luigi Chinetti's place on 2nd Ave in NYC, a cant believe I have waited this long. Congratulations to every car and owner. You are all winners. Thanks for sharing and keep them coming!

ya know, i saved your pic, and have been staring at it since yesterday. If i end up keeping my Dino 208 for some reason, I think its going to get a set of the 16's on it ! :)

Nothing better than blue 308/328 GTB's. But how can I vote between 2 of them?

Wow Dennis, That black looks like its wet! What I would give to have a pic of our two GTB's (black-vs-white) parked nose to nose! That would be awsome! Joe

    +1

I can't pick a winner either, there are so many nice examples out there. I feel lucky to own one.
