Hello fellow FerrariChat friends.Having recently aquired a 348 ts I've been doing some maintenance and am thinking that I should document these things just for future reference and to keep as proof of service.I had a Jaguar E-type for 25 years and had a log book in which I documented all the work I did over the years.I believe I purchased this book from one of the big Jag part suppliers. Does anyone know if such a log book is available for Ferrari's ? Thanks, JGlen Wesanko

    Check Steve's 348 maintenance log:

Mine is done in Excel and I noted the dates but not the mileage. Driving my car 800 miles/year since 1998, knowing the exact mileage of the clutch R&R etc. has not been an issue for me. But Steve having records since the cars birth certainly does make the log more comprehensive.

Here's an idea. Create the form in an software format of your choice. Get a sub-$300 hp Notepad and keep only one program in it, place it into the pouch behind the seat for access to update or refer to.

I keep a maintenance log the old fashioned way--in a bound ledger. I make an entry every time I drive the car, noting the date, mileage, and any anomalies observed or maintenance performed. It is not burdensome since the car gets driven only once a week or less.
