355 ECU SD connector help

I have taken pride business-wise, as having more than 'customers'. I have always felt like between the shop owner a customer, there has to be a certain amount of trust and mutual respect for each other. In nearly every instance, by the end of the repair process, my customers move beyond being just 'customers', but actually become friends. Any time that the shop begins to think "how much money can I make off of this guy" or when the customer thinks "how much work for the cheapest price can I get from this shop" that process of trust and respect is lost. In any instance there has been an issue, I've always openly accepted discussions on the subject, and always tried to go 'above and beyond' because I value the friendship and my reputation as being a good person, more than anything. I believe that I get along with and have a ton of respect for Dave Helms, for just such reasons. I know from talking with him the last few years, we have the same business attitude.

Being a very small business, timely payment for service rendered is of major importance. When one payment is delayed, the domino effect ripples on down the line as other jobs can get delayed.
"No one has been, or will be, left short anywhere."
As of today, payment has been made, but only after a stopped payment demand on the check that took nearly 3 weeks to resolve. On line apologies represent one side, all the while inflammatory emails were received stating that I shouldn't have ever said things in a public forum. Everything in my previous posts were nothing less than the facts of the situation, as is everything in this post. When a person feels they have a sense of entitlement, or wishes to wield some kind of power over another, I truly feel sorry for them, as they'll never know the real feeling of a mutual respected relationship between two people (ie - shop and customer).

I encourage everyone on this forum to think before they post. People's reputations and livelihood hinge on some of what is posted here, and it is very easy for only part of the true story to be told. We have all seen some very knowledgeable people ran off before, from some senseless posts. People run to grab the pitchforks and torches before all is told.
It's usually very easy to find a thread with some kind of controversy going on, just look at how many views there have been on the thread.
In that regard, I really enjoy posting here and value the on line friendships I have developed here. I also value learning from the more knowledgeable people here, but at the same time, like sharing the little that I know too.

Well Enginefxr..... As you are well aware I have a SEVERE power addiction and have been known to push machines to the limit...You've always done AMAZING work that has performed flawlessly for me. Your engines have never let me down on the water or pavement.

You have all of my work hands down......it's been that way for years and it will never change!!!
