This is a pretty random question but figured FChat never lets me down:

I have a couple of pieces of fine vintage jewelry from my grandmother's estate that I'd like to sell. Does anyone know of a good buyer between Miami-Palm Beach and Orlando that won't low-ball me?

I've always used Grey&Sons There at Bal Harbour Shops in Miami.

Actually Gray and Sons are not at Bal Harbour Shops, but on Harding Ave. in Surfside, on the east side of the street about a half block south of Bal Harbour Shops.

Most buyers will pay for the gold value, not for any workmanship or vintage estate value. If you'd like, however, I can introduce you to someone I know who will sell those items from his jewelry store at retail price for a % or fixed $ fee. If you're not in a rush for the cash, and can wait for the retail buyer, then you will likely get a lot more money than a 'quick sale'.
