which is the Faster Car SLR or Enzo
Car people love to talk about their cars and Ferrari owners are no exception but no one wants to feel like they have a kid pulling on their sleeve saying, "mister, mister, mister, mister". A little lower profile will serve you better. In answer to your question Who cares? Great cars are not about top speed and the Enzo was not designed to win top speed contests. It was a brilliant all around package taking into account the state of the art when it was built........just like many other Ferraris that went before it.
So maybe READ around the forum in the different sections and see what sorts of subjects WORK.... Posting "which is faster" threads in a very knowledgeable and pretty sophisticated forum like Ferrari Chat just comes across as ANNOYING NOOB. Right up there with "what sort of work do you do to be able to afford a Ferrari?".... And calling "Chill out buddy".... Brah, you ain't no surfer Mr. Binx might say Jedi
Sir Malcolm Campbell 1300 horsepower "Bluebird" went 245.73 m.p.h in 1931. That was faster than an enzo..............I'd rather an Enzo
MUCH nicer for dinner at RN74 on Mission Street at any rate.... the valet knows the car anyway... Jedi
C'mon.. give the kid a break. I'd say that according to certain tests conducted the Enzo is a tad bit faster.. but not so much that it matters much.
No one is trying to win a race with an Enzo or an SLR, so it's irrelevant. It's about how much you enjoy driving the car. I'd rather have a 288 over an Enzo, but an Enzo is way faster. Most Enzo owners I would bet have never even hit 150mph with it because they just do not drive fast or go on tracks.
Posting a more specific question would help you (OP) out tremendously. Faster in a straight line.. around a certain circuit.. which car model.. etc. Posting some research (google) would also show that you are serious with your post and have put some time in to ascertaining the information for yourself. I hope the enzo would be faster in all aspects. Some track times would provide a good place to start.
Lol I know an slr owner and they race the car for fun on the street from a roll. Theres videos of enzo racing on YouTube no one likes to loose.
If you're some young rich punk or oil heir whose parents bought it for you. Most civilized people are not idiotic enough to do that and endanger the public.
