Although I love originality, man that looks so sweet, just cool enough not to be over the top! Awesome looking.

As far as 308GT4 goes, my VOTE goes to HANS!!! Everything about that car is exactly what I'd love to have in a GT4........and Newman's 308 is the GTB of my dreams, except I do not want carbs, I know I'm in the minority that way, and I would've paid Newman's price if it was an injected model. He did all my favorite upgrades on a gorgeous GTB, AWESOME Newman! As for highly modified looking 308GTB s wow, some of them are truely smile inducing, I love them all! Worst things in my own opinion, US front bumpers and smaller than 16" rims, otherwise they're all spectacular looking. I love the b over the s for looks. Cheers everyone and thanks to all for posting these fantastic pictures, keep them coming!

Biggest pro: it allows you to buy some proper tires for it, which in turn make it a MUCH better car. Really, a significant part of what makes the modern Ferrari's go faster on the twisty roads is in the tires.

And, to sort of semi-justify it, look what the 1979 parts manual for the GT4 shows as options: 16 inch wheels in this style!

(okay, mine is a 1974, but this was enough to satisfy my inner purist...)

Didnt know that 16 inch wheels were an option, from a traditionalist perspective this makes me feel better about the possibility of buying them in the future.

I was getting ready to start the poll, but the thread keeps on going!!!

    I love it!!

Keep 'em coming and we will start the poll in the not too distant future. Keep on voting, then I will narrow it down to the ones that get the most votes and we will have a runoff.

HMMMMMM....It appears that a certain little GT4 is leading the pack there. :)

Hmmm, you've got me there Jim - just. I'm at 50,000 km (32,000 miles) in 4 years (of which 9 months at the paint shop).

And who said that 1970's Italian cars are too unreliable to be really driven? :D

thank you Hans - mine is a 76 and i really dont like the tires i have now. i think i will have a look for 16 inch wheels.
what would be a realistic price for a set in good condition?
