Jedi, take a look at last years thread to see the types of gifts people tend to give if it helps. http://ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=266225&page=3
Probably about that, yea. I've got a thread in the UK section on trying to find cheap ways to mail stuff to the States. All the best, Andrew.
If you don't "know your person" I'd suggest hitting their profile, and start reading all their posts - you should be able to glean alot about their interests, hobbies, etc. Of course, that assumes a "serious gift" (which is what I'm doing). I know the person I got reasonably well here already, but still dug into the old posts and profile and came up with what I think are some good ideas. Jedi
Anything Ferrari for starters... Hot Wheels is a good start. Then maybe a nice can of green beans or special shaving cream... Cigar's, Wine, Poster of something interesting, even better something local to you that the other person couldn't get... Just random sugestions.. Then again... a nice 458 would work too! Steve
All this talk about new Ferraris, all I want is this one, old, decrepit, and oh could I have some fun with it! http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=320627687647&viewitem=&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWAX%3AIT Merry Christmas! Bill
Whatever floats your boat - the first year, I sent AntonyR live lobsters and a bunch of porn... it was very festive.
There is still time, I think, a few posts back, SAF....er...Santa extended it to tonight. GET IN WHILE YOU CAN!
I remember that very well. The letter said something to the effect - if you cannot score with one, you have the other to fall back on.
ok, for real THIS time... I have a small group that have snuck in under the bell. I will have the last minute entries sorted and sent out tomorrow. Steve p.s. For real this time.. LoL
Looks like I am the first receiver this year. I got this in the mail today. Very very cool, though no clue who sent it. Whoever did I thank you as you have just saved me a ton of time. I'll be attaching some sort of suction cup on the back and now for any photoshoots I have I can simply attach it to the cars existing plate, no more photoshopping the real license plate out.
