I say close to the advertised price, if hopefully no issues.

    i found a 1999 w/F1 tranny and 23k miles w/all records and major service is not done. Whats a better deal, 97 6speed for $47500 or 1999 F1 w/23k miles going for $45k?

OK, first, calm down and take a deep breath. You have two different threads going right now with the same question.

Have you actually gone to see each one in person, test drive them, and take them to someone for a PPI? Or are you still at the internet shopping stage? There's a lot of depth behind the answer to "which is the better deal?" (Good luck on your search BTW)

Anything under $50k for a serviced 355 seems like a great deal.

Just a year ago, I moved too slow and missed out on a fully serviced (Brian Crall) and sorted red/tan F355 Spider for about $63k. It sold in about a week.
