I made the decision! It came to me in my sleep as crazy as that sounds, but I'm finally done.

I'm ordering Grigio Silverstone with Cuoio. Yellow calipers, shields, and tach. I'll add black stitching to the seats, and I'm thinking Black or Charchol piping with Black carpet. I've always loved this color combo and finally get to have it. I'm not sure how it will compare with some of the more popular colors for resale, but I've decided it's worth the risk, even if it may bring a little bit less at the time of resale.

It looks like I place my order tomorrow.

Now for the option dilemma :)

I'm confident with most of it, but like so many of you have experienced, the list is long and confusing.

That would be my preferred spec! Grigio Silverstone is stunning in combination with Cuoio! Make it charcoal piping and stitching just that there aren't too many colors on the inside. The black carpet is a perfect finisher.

Don't worry about resale, if you were in Europe, you'd have one new purchase candidate on the way being: me :p

For the exterior I shall suggest taking a look at Giallo, I see less and less yellow Ferrari's these days and it is the official color after all plus it looks really good with the 458 !

As for the piping, I gave you my opinion in the Silverstone/cuoio thread, but no problem saying it again :D :

Piping is outdated in my opinion, if you're looking for a little contrast, stitching should be enough.

I find piping somewhat "trying too hard", usually results in an overdone interior.

Arnie, here are some pics I took this morning. Love the Grigio Silverstone. The wheels were painted "dark gray". Actually the car looks even better in person than on the pics and the dealer said it was by far their favorite color so far.

Agreed. I am ordering the same color. :) I thought of you this morning when I took pictures that you'd be happy to see some nice pics of this stunning color.

I thought the lighter colors show off the lines of the car. I got yellow( which I was never that fond of) I also liked white and then red. Black is for suvs , sedans and cars that need a boost in looks.
