We had an afternoon of sun and 34 degrees on Long Island Took the beast out for the first prowl in a month. Ate up the road, kept out of the salty water. A hundred fifty miles later, Back in the cave. I feel rejuvenated. The car sounded great. Never fails to put a smile on my face and everyone elses that saw me out.

Hey Eli...where on LI? Just started mine and backed her out of the garage. Didn't want to drive around with all the salt/sand on the roads still. I really miss driving her around. Hate the winter!

Fort Salonga (hamlet of Northport). Just a bit down 25A from you. Ha! Lots of hills and trees in my neck of the woods. Some stretches of 25A here are 50 mph too! Love driving my Fcar around here for sure. Go to Ferrari of LI in Plainview and give Laura your email address so you can be informed of upcoming rally's in 2011 they sponsor. Got my 355 a bit late in the summer and missed them for 2010.

Yeah...they he really did wonders with my engine. It looked nothing like it does in that picture. Completely neglected and dirty. He painted all the air boxes, oil reservoir, heat shields, valve covers etc. Expensive but worth it!

They do great work. I took delivery on 10/28/10. Was your car there being worked on around that time? There was a 355 in the service lot a few times when I went to visit mine being serviced. I also had them do the sticky stuff, tires, clutch and hood struts. The car was delivered as new. I worked with Ed Hoene, the service manager, first rate guy, knows his stuff.

Mine was there almost all summer. From late June '10 to delivery in early Aug '10. Lots of work including the convertible top and seat potentiometers. Top still not 100% when going up but enough $ spent just getting it to work.
