As long as it is a pro-rated time share, that would be very fair :)

It shouldn't be...! i doubt those quotes were for "classic car" or "show car" insurance - i think those numbers are for regular insurance, which means you can Losee the car all you want and they can't touch you...

    LOL, Andy...!

Chris, you get it during the day, i get it at night... Or, you can have it on all the days that end with "Y", i'd just like to take it for a quick spin during whatever year(s) begins with "2"... :)

No restrictions, this is as though you were getting insurance on any other automobile. Driveable as much as you want, whenever you want, wherever you want.

Of course to get these figures to drop: turn 25, get married and that should save a few thousand dollars.

Seeing as how the quote is for a 21 year old, single male.

Then you get the Senior Villages, he gets the city.

But you reserve the right to take it on the track. He gets the stoplights, stop signs and traffic jams.

    Fair 'nough now?

I tell you what. We'll each get 5 hotlaps around a circuit, whoever ends up with the fastest lap gets it for the rest of the day. But I'm pretty confident that it shall be mine!

That's fair. Carbon can get the attention of the track enthusiasts and flex his Ferrari knowledge and I'll just cruise the city and pick up hotties :D

It might be cheaper to just buy your own insurance company.

I do want it that bad; more than that in fact. I'd spend 100% of my net worth on it, if 100% of my net worth was enough to get me the car. Hell, I'd spend 100% of my gross worth and spend the rest of my days evading Uncle Sam. :)

For those like myself fortunate to own a company with multiple vehicles, fleet insurance is a life saver in regard to hideous costs!

I think my 911 was around £650 per year when I was 24!

I agree... In the UK you re looking at £10k with 5000 miles limitation for a 40 year old with full no claims and £15,000 excess... Not nice
