That was my old 430.. Here are my current ones, their low but not as low as my Challenge 430.. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Oh there was me thinking it was a Scud... that's an excellent body kit then can't have been cheap turning a stock 430 into a scud replica. I looked at a scud rear bumper for mine and Ferrari wanted £15k fitted, that's £££ as well... I changed my mind fairly rapidly...
Let us compare - what is your measure from centre wheel up to fender edge? Mine is lowered and I got: Front : 365 mm Rear : 385 mm Have compensated the negative camber I got when doing this. Anders
I looked into that too, but the dealer said that the chassis in the back of a 430 wouldn't allow for the Scuderia exhaust, and one would have to find/make a custom one.
ZIPP22, you are an inspiration. I've just ordered my Scuderia front bumper, challenge grill and lower bumper (still hesitating on the skirts). Gonna lower my stock springs a tad bit so they will sit nicely on the stock wheels (till the Scuderia ones in grey are acquired). Thanks for sharing pix of your magnificent looking Scud-styled 430.
Hehehe...no problem...glad I could help! Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Like h20skier and Kuzi, I had mine lowered to 22mm (euro spec) heights. It looks and rides great for me. I recently swapped out my wheels to the BBS FI wheels and it looks even more aggressive. Very happy with the way it turned out. If you notice that h20skier's car is heavily loaded on one side because of g-forces going around the corner, that's about as close as I'd want to go. The sides are nearly touching the ground, separated by mere inches. I watched him go around that corner multiple times and never once saw the car make actual contact. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Zipp...that is just pure carbon bliss. Novitec air box and engine panels...omg...I'm guessing you ran led strips on the underside of the engine cover?
That's a sweet wheel and tire set up-- good choice, atomic80. What size wheels and tires? Offsets and widths? Very nice
