Hi again, Can anyone tell me if, in a 1997 355, the ecu connector fits through the hole behind the seat or do I have to remove all the wiring from the engine? Looks like a tight fit to me....... Doing the belts for the first time. Thanks
Yes, the wiring is fed through the rear bulkhead on a 1996 or later 355. (I have a 1995 355 so I do not have this issue though) I'm sure others can jump in who can advise how difficult this is.
It fits...and it's difficult. The harness is pretty stiff in that area so you need to lower the engine out and feed the harness through at the same time (almost). I swore I was going to cut that hole bigger for next time
