Please help me understand the difference in these two colors...I've heard someone say one of them is "more orangey" in certain bright light, but I can't recall which one...any insights and opinions are welcome (its for a CS choice...)

    Thanks!

Scuderia is brighter and has a hint of orange in sunlight. Corsa is a deeper dark red.

I went from Corsa to Scuderia. Big difference in the sunlight. Corsa is the traditional Ferrari red, Scuderia changes colour with the sun...

Here's some examples of my car (Rosso Scuderia) just in different light, no tricks or special effects or huge changes, original photo's in different lighting conditions... You can definately see it appears more orange in colour on photo's. Doesn't really look orange with your own eyes but really comes across orangey red in certain lighting.

Thanks for the pics. I've been struggeling with the comparison myself, and using Gran Turismo 5, ha! I think I'm still partial to Rossa Corsa, which is good since its the easier color to find. Now I just need to find one (F430) with black interior and red stitching on Daytonas sub $130k, which is the difficult part.

If you can, try to see it in person. From the pics, I would probably opt for Corsa, but in real life, Scuderia is stunning and I like it a lot better than Corsa. The brightness suits the car nicely and IMO, makes it more exotic looking.

I never liked orangey reds, but RS has a special glow that really looks fantastic. They're both great reds, and I've always liked RC, but I prefer RS.

Which is also exactly why it took me long to hunt for my 430...I wanted a Rosso Scud so bad nothing else would qualify.

This picture shows the best comparison I've seen.

The Scuderia color jumps out at you.

To see it in person is the only way.

My opinion on colors changes often, so I'm sure I'd flip. I'm also sure I'd be very happy with either ;). My two current cars (911tt and G35 coupe) are both black, and I promised myself I wouldn't buy my third car black too. Ferrari red would be a perfect contrast in the stable.

I do think nero is supremely beautiful on Ferraris but I'm also a bit concerned that you'll lose some of the car's lines with black. I feel the same way about Aston's (which I'd get in meteroite silver when I get one). Then again, I think in person its not that big of a deal, just in the photos.

Keeping up with keeping 3 black cars clean would be a pain as well. Especially since I think my girlfriends next car will be a black Jeep Liberty too.

I wish I didn't like cars, and so does my wallet...

When the Stradale was introduced back in 2004 the Rosso Scuderia color was introduced for that model. It was considered the ultimate Stradale color back then.

I have it on my 2004 Modena.

Must have been near the end of the run.

    Please post pics.

    I've seen 2004 Modena's with;

    1. F1 paddle box
    2. Carbon Racing seats
    3. Carbon Engine Bay (same as strad)
    4. Carbon Air Boxes (with clips so different pn. to strad)
    5. Racing Exhaust (same as strad)
    6. Premuim Hifi system (behind seats woofer box)
    7. Fire extinguisher
    8. Racing Harnesses
    9. Racing Rollbar (behind seats)
    10. Optional leather/with polished metal piece sills

Now your also telling us that Rosso Scuderia paint was available too. Must have been a 2004+ color then...

    Q. Did any see any Modena's come from factory with Alcantara vs leather? Never saw any myself but you never know with Ferrari!

    PICS PLEASE!!!

The 360 actually outlived the 2004 Stradale. There were a few 2005 model year 360's built, just in very small numbers though.
