Vegas Spotters

First two spots of the year on Sunday, a yellow gallardo SL w/wing on Ft Apache and a titanium DB9 sport pack I didn't know a family friend had.

 

I've seen three Gallardo spiders this week, two black downtown and one silver last night outside the drive-through wedding chapel behind my office.

 

At 2pm today a yellow Esprit V8TT and a new grey Acura had a nose-to-nose collision at Charleston and Durango. They were loading the wrecked Esprit onto a flatbed. Acura corner was crunched with all airbags deployed.

 

Yeah. I wonder if it's the younger Asian guy I've seen driving a yellow V8TT around 3-4 times over the last few years. One thing's for sure: a whacked Esprit in bright yellow sitting lengthwise across three lanes of traffic is a sad and eye-catching sight! No way to duck and hide.

 

Tonight exiting Summerlin Pkwy got passed by a Maybach, a black GT3 and then a black SLR Roadster pulled in next to me at the gas station.

 

You didn't buy it so you could charge $2000 per drift session?

 

I saw a grey 240SX with a UDrift decal downtown the other day. You know who your boys can go to for tickets, right??

 

I want to come and try it out. Another lawyer friend wants to come check it out too.

I think I saw Steve's red 348 with the black targa top on Saturday on the 95 SB.

 

Just saw a red 360 spider w/tinted windows on 95 SB. Other day a red 430 with Ferrari of Beverly Hills plate leaving the courthouse/wedding license area.

 

Also it's fun how saturdays are like "Porsche day" around Summerlin. In the 3-4 stop lights between my house and the freeway I must have seen 5 911s and 2 Boxsters.

 

If your wife and kids join you here, you should consider a place closer to the Red Rock (215 and Charleston), or Centennial Hills if you need to commute to the speedway.
