Dirty Bastard Scotch Ale by Founders.

I might have some food after these are gone, too.

Don't get the sad face. My guilty pleasure is either Papa John or Pizza Hut sausage and pepperoni pizza, but always room temperature.

sad face = this was really bad leftover pizza.

from one of those local shops where the pizza is amazing if it's hot and right out of the oven but horrible afterwards. I don't know why I saved it in the first place....

Around here, the best pizza shops close at 10. I don't think there's enough beer on this planet to get me to order a Pizza Hut or a Domino's.

Well, at least it wasn't Papa Murphy's Take-and-Bake pizza.

The single worst food experience of my life.

Papa John's sausage :)eek:) tastes gross :)eek::eek:). It is somewhat sweet and that makes it gross :)eek:)

I had a Subway sandwich. Tomorrow, I'll be going the cheapass route and getting Little Caesar's as they have a buy one get one deal on their $5.00 pizzas.

after all those pizza and fast food stories we need some culture again:
Yesterday i prepared french duck breast roasted in walnut oil with gnocchi in an orange sauce. it was very tasty and the french Pinot Noir was the perfect company.
    no pics

If it snows near you, order a medium cheese pizza and get it delivered. It's the minimum order for a free delivery and you'll get to watch the poor delivery driver struggle in the snow outside your house. ;)

At least, that's what people have been doing to me lately.

    All the best,
    Andrew.

I would like one medium cheese pizza, delivered to my house in LA.

(on the plus side, no snow here!)

Just had some Cuban food. Ropa Vieja y arroz blanco con frijoles negros.
Translation: Old clothes ( like pulled pork only from beef ) white rice with black beans.
Dessert, flan ( similar to custard) and a cuban coffee. Had to walk it off.

Marmitako with fingerling potatoes, capers, garlic, onions, tomatoes, thyme and salmon. Nice hunk of crusty bread to soak it all up.

Lamb chops with raisins and all sorts of Morrocan spices. Delicious.

Portugese chowder with kale, chorizo and potato.

Turkish lentil stew, heavy on the cumin really good. Reminded me of vegetarian chili.
