    id like to get the euro bumper...need to figure out where to find it..

    Driving Emotions was great...ive bought a lot of cars on the years and they were fine to deal with. was a consignment car which usually complicated things but in 2 phone calls we reached a deal...wld recommend them.

    apparently the owner has a collection of 30+ cars....so id say he just didnt have the time to care enough...who knows...as much as i hate it its tempting to leave it as was from the factory....but i dont sell my cars so ill prob go with th euro bumper

    Looks very nice :).


    Around town, try to drive the car like a truck and avoid a lot of stop signs and traffic lights.

    It helps, if you look several hundred yards in front, and try to time the traffic lights, without having to stop.

    When stopped, simply pull away at 1,000-1,500 rpms.

    Its funny I always hated the ugly US bumpers but as they become rarer and rarer, I feel a strange sentimental historical attachment to them, maybe its the factory purist in me.

    joe im still in the market for a pre-88.5 with no vents....red or white...doesnt have to be carbed...i realize that limits me too much...

    It looks much better without. However, I must say, with traffic accidents so common and all of the careless texting drivers, that I don't know if I would remove them anymore. Mine are removed, but I still have them in a box. I don't think anyone will ever pay a wooden nickel for them, but nice to keep with the car.

    However, in Russia, a 'red' Countach is just about perfect :).

    Yes. There is also a yellow USA Annivesario that lived in Washington state that is now in Russia.

    don't worry about a detail "from the factory" that the "Factory" hated
    and wanted no part of.... loose the bumper asap and never look back.
