Well it finally happened today everyone. This was one of the moments I had always dreamed about since I was a teenager. I tried to keep quiet about it for a while, and so few of my friends know yet, but I wanted to share with you all. I picked up a red on black 360 euro spec today (real 6 speed). The drive home was amazing. I never thought any car could drive better than my BMWs but this car has really taken the cake.

I'm going to attach a few photos, but before that I wanted to take a second to thank all of the fchatters who helped make this possible.

First off I want to thank Rich, aka the Tax Dr. For showing me how generous and kind Ferrari owners can be. We had a great talk about a year ago when I finally met him face to face. Some may recall I'm the one who started the thread about his Enzo in the NJ section which has now grown into a real phenomenon.

I want to thank fellow Fchatter Ambrose G. from sunny Texas. Ambrose and I became friends through this board and have both been dreaming about getting into an Fcar for many years now.

I want to thank Dr. John G. who was exceptionally helpful when I was looking at a red 360 out in Texas. John looked at the car for me, helped negotiate on my behalf, he really went above and beyond what anyone can expect from a board member.

DonJuan of NJ, I want to thank you. Juan owns a sister car to my own and was helpful when I had some concerns over buying a Euro Car.

355dreamer helped me locate a possible car in Cali, and while that deal didn't materialize it was very gracious of him to put me onto a great deal of a car. The only reason why I didn't purchase that car was because it was f1.

And lastly I want to thank Fchat for being a great source of insight and information.

I've spent over a year just watching, and waiting for exactly what I wanted. I paid a very fair price and got exactly what I want. This car isn't a garage queen, but it's very close. With only 15k miles on her she's in great shape and drove amazing.

I can't wait to start modding her!

And without further adieu...here she is...safe and sound in my garage!

Thanks everyone for the positive comments. It still feels a bit surreal to me. I have this weird knot in my stomach, almost like a nervousness and I'm not exactly sure why.

Ambrose you'll get one soon, and if you're in NJ you can drive mine anytime!

Congrats on a beautiful car! I've had mine for 2 1/2 years and makes me smile every time I go into the garage, That weird knot feeling doesn't go away completely but lots of drive time helps!

    Rmani,

What's up. Well, I just saw your post and I just had to say "Congrats!" I can't imagine the feeling you must have, the one we all dream of and hope to experience, sooner rather than later. I have to say, just reading your post gives me butterflies, it's really, truly inspiring. Not only because you've purchased the greatest car marquee of ALL TIME, but even more because you've worked hard and ACCOMPLISHED ONE OF YOUR DREAMS! Not too sound cliche, but that doesn't happen all of the time. BELLA!! By the way, I know you mentioned Allentown in your Nouvalari post and I couldn't help but notice your PA plate in your pictures, whereabouts do you live? You made my night! Take care.

I'm glad and wish you success in getting the car of your dreams! I actually live in Bernardsville, NJ but work out in Clinton which is only about 30 minutes from Allentown. Glad I could make your night. And again thank you all for the positive replies!

Congrats, my friend. You made the right decision. Stunning car, I am very happy for you. Time for a road trip to Texas so we can see her in person.
I bet you have woken up several times at night and gone to garage just to turn on lights and look at her.
Be sure and drive her regularly, I remember if mine sat too long, I could really tell. I received several speeding tickets ( check out 9500 radar/laser jammer) while out performing an Italian tune up ( in Texas we call it blowing the soot out of the muffler) after car had not been driven. Also, important to start at least weekly to make sure battery stays charged- a real hassle dealing with radio codes and such.
    Perfect car, stay in touch.
