Thank you to all who made positive comments on s/n 08128 because between these and the strong international inquiries/offers without PPIs I received, the owner came to realize he has a very special car that can't easily be replaced and that selling it at a huge loss without taking more time to enjoy the car would be downright foolish. Thus, he had me pull the listing on ebay.

After having Motion Products quote me $30,000-$40,000 for glass-out bare metal respray and trim re-anodization of a 308 Dino GT4 as well as seeing Ferrari dealer Continental Autosports charge a customer nearly $80,000 to restore a 1975 U.S. spec car, I think we should all be grateful to Brett Swaykoski of Gran Turismo for his reasonably-priced 308 Dino GT4 restoration services because many of these cars, including s/n 08128, would likely not be back on the road today if it weren't for him.

Although we can argue 308 Dino GT4 prices all day long, I believe we can all agree that 308 Dino GT4s offer an incredible "bang for the buck" value when comparing them to early Porsche 911 models and other comparable cars that are far less rare, less powerful, less fun to drive, listen fun to listen to, less fun to look at, and are far more expensive to purchase.
