I've never really met any famous people, except for Food Network Iron Chef Michael Symon at one of his restaurants. He was very nice and took a picture with us. My dad also sat next to him on an airplane once.

I have seen some others, but have never really spoken to them except for Michael Symon. I have been to autograph sessions for Cavs and Indians players/coaches, etc. (just last week, I saw Shin-Soo Choo and Mike Hargrove from a far - though, I didn't wait in line because it was literally 800-900 people, I just walked past).

My parents met Larry King in a hotel lobby several years ago. My dad has seen Jenna Fischer (from NBC's "The Office") at an airport.

I've met many famous people in my life time, I grew up in Nashville and it is a part of life there, but the two that stand out in memory, are Bill Clinton, and believe it or not Taylor Swift, when she was starting out at 17 this little girl had a glow about her. Some people just have a star quality.

I've met a ton of athletes - too many to really name. I played baseball against Ozzie smith's son (not the American idol one though) and met Ozzie a ton of times through that. Albert pujols, chris carpenter - pretty much a ton of both current and ex players from the cardinals, rams, and blues. I met Jerry out in Vegas, the guy who the pursuit of happyness was based on, but my favorite actual celebrity that I've met has been Ron Jeremy.

I've met a few Hollywood types, but none really come to mind at the moment.

As a HUGE Doctor Who fan, I was thrilled to meet Jon Pertwee many years back in Chicago.

I've met quite a few sports stars. Since I'm not a sports fan or follower at any level, I've just dealt with them as I would any other person & they seem to greatly appreciate that. Would say that I see Gaylord Perry as a customer every month or so.

Forgot to add these (haven't met, but have seen them in person).
    Former 76ers F Charles Barkley.
    Former Pacers SG Reggie Miller.
    Current Nuggets G Chauncey Billups.
    Current Thunder SF Kevin Durant.
Current Heat PF Chris Bosh (he was in a Raptors uniform at the time).
    Current Blazers SG Brandon Roy.

As far as non-athletes go, I have seen Kelly Clarkson (before she became famous) and Toby Keith (in Oklahoma City, at his restaurant). If you guys consider Rob Lay famous :)D), I've seen him driving around once in his 328.

SPOCK! I met him twice: at the college I went to where he gave a lecture featuring his poetry & on Broadway where he was staring in Equuis. Got photos & autographs both times.

worked at ESPN so met every athlete under the sun. Most were cool, some were full of themselvse. What is interesting though - is how rich & famous are on the level of royalty in this country. I could tell someone I'm hanging with so and so athlete later 2night and women will throw themselves at you. Men want to be your friend and be hanger-ons. It's crazy.

and if it's a Hollywood celeb - multiply by 10. I sometimes feel bad for them - the money is great, but the fame part is scary.

    3 for me..
    - Met Kurt Warner once, but been in the same restaurants and stuff with him many times
    - Literally bumped into Jim Edmonds at my orthodontist's office....Didn't say anything because I spent the entire time trying to figure out if it was him or Kurt Warner (they look similar....)
    And the most important..

Valentino Balboni...Even though you guys own F-cars, I assume you know who he is and how important he is...
Met him twice..once at the unveiling of his Gallardo LP550-2 Valentino Balboni Special Edition and once at a checkpoint for the Fireball Run. He was kind as can be..very modest, open to talk to me, shook my hand, took pictures with me, etc. He was great...The second time I met him, which was a year after the first time, he still remembered me. That meant a lot.
