[Southlake] anyone looking for small office space?

    toying with the idea of getting some small office space away from the house and IHOP. ;)

    Southlake Town Center is mile away and packed with shops and restaurants. Most of the 2nd levels are office space and in this economy there are a bunch of vacancies.

    I would really like conference room and reception area, but don't need it all for myself. Thought of going in with others everyone gets private office plus share some common areas and possibly even an admin.

    Let me know if interested.

    Rob, you might just look at Executive suites, I'm sure there are some near you. Likely a lot cheaper than renting an entire place for yourself, and the infrastructure is already in. I checked into them years ago and they were surprisingly affordable.

    If you decide to do it on your own, there's a used office furniture store on 75 around Belt Line. It's all donated stufff and benefits a charity. Some serious good deals there.

    second jimpo's idea. Executive suites are the way to go. They generally have a conference area that can be used and most have a receptionist that can answer lines for you using the corporate name; Curvacom, etc...

    You could always check with The CD Allen Group about offices on Turtle Creek.
