    For those of you that have driven with the Ferrari crowd through Prosper, you've seen it. You may not have known what it was, but you can't miss it. We went right past it twice on the toy run in December. It's DEION SANDERS house! For sale for a cool $21M. Too bad it's appraised at $5M.

    Hmmm...21. That number sounds familiar.

    Why not ask 21m. After all, he has done pretty well getting people to pay him more than what something is worth...like his NFL contracts.
