Took me nearly 250 posts to eventually scare you, whew! The alternator fusebox is in the engine compartment on the firewall, on the top right side.

Since we can't use anything marked "Ferrari," does anyone know the location of the nearest Dino Store? Fred

In a pinch one might take their Lexus to a Toyota dealer or their Infiniti to a Nissan dealer so it is entirely acceptable to go to a Ferrari dealer ever how déclassé that may be.

On a related topic, I defy anyone to count the number of prancing horses on a new Ferrari. They appear on front fenders (at an exorbitant cost), seat backs, window glass, floor mats, in the engine compartment, etc. It reminds me of a statement attributed long ago to a former Packard executive who, lamenting the marque's degradation and the dilution of its previous peeless image, is said to have remarked: "They're bleeding the name white." In Ferrari's instance, that could be changed to green, white and red. Sorry for the digression. Fred

I carry 3 Halon portable extinguishers behind the rear seats, easy to get to quickly.

People laugh, I laugh with them. Then I explain the first will go for a full dump to flood the entire area with inert gas. The second is for spot flare ups and the third is for follow through, just in case.

The Dino fuel lines are rather short and easy to change, 6mm if I recall correctly. Another problem are the two, short hoses that connect the cross tank fuel pipe to the tanks. David Helms offers these and the big filler neck hose in Silicon

    I bought these for mine.

Sad to see a burned Dino.

We have about 20kg of extinguishing agent on board of every car.
On the F40 we carry more.
