My reading of it is any club member is entitled to read it. Maybe now that it's signed the agreement should be removed from the public forum??
You may not think so, and you may think it unreasonable, but Ferrari spa say we must not disclose it to third parties (with some exceptions), and we have just overwhelmingly agreed to it. So unless we want the burden - and the risks entailed - in being the first to break the new agreement it had better come down off the website, like, yesterday......
Well, it's been a few years now - how did that deal work out for you? I was screaming blue murder to vote "No" at the time. And now, surprise, surprise, they've moved the goal posts. If you give a monster a cookie, sooner or later he will come back for a glass of milk. I do admit, however, that things were made far worse by laziness, incompetence, and a small group of wankers. As I've said before - concede nothing, unless you're prepared to concede everything.
I campaigned hard against the original contract that was proposed by Ferrari SpA in 2010, but the amended 2011 version was acceptable and was never a matter of contention between the FCA and Ferrari AU, indeed it was not mentioned by either party during my time and the club enjoyed harmonious relationships with FAU until 2021. In 2021, out of the blue, Ferrari sent all clubs a new contract with many new conditions. The proposed contract was rejected by all the large FOC's and a lengthy period of negotiations (with the large clubs negotiating together) resulted in an acceptable compromise in 2023. My belief is that the situation in Australia has its roots in a small group of people actively involving / lobbying Ferrari AU to get involved in club matters in order to advance their personal interests, something that should never have happened. Fortunately I am no longer involved as I have more pressing matters to deal with.
I thought your posting of both sides of the argument at the time was very fair I've heard we were shafted this time round
