That's....frightening. Who would even let a Prancing Horse get in that kind of condition anyway?

I think this one came up nearly a year ago. Same car, dusty engine, on the trailer.

    I'll call it a steal. :)

    :(

    What about Binxy? :D

Definitely is a sad sight to see, eh Pops? Makes you want to go drive Sophia! :D

I wonder how much it would cost to get it running and in great shape.

FAR more than it's worth judging from the description and photos.... for all
we know, the engine is already blown from a belt failure. I wouldn't TOUCH a
car like this. There are too many "good" examples out there for very good
prices right now (FAR less than I paid in 2008 :(). IMO, this is a parts car ONLY.
And at that, the price is 2x what it should be.

Way more to fix than it is worth.

Really is too bad but he turned it into a parts car.

Its not a scam, at least I don't think so, I emailed the owner and he replied with a phone number, he says he is in Montana.

I asked if the car is in Dallas, I may ask someone to go look at it.

Montana???? Car is located in Carthage, TX. Closest big city is Shreveport, LA. When I saw this ad in the past it was the same location. A long way from anywhere I'm at. I think it's for real. I e-mailed the guy with only the question "where is the car located" and he responded Carthage. I don't know that anyone went to look at it last time. He gives more details now. I think he might have gotten a lot of dreamers last time. His ad is honest, it needs everything, no records

Yeah your right, Carthage, The owner is in Montana. He seems honest...

He said the car ran and he quit driving it, then it wouldn't start, sat a year...

Brakes rusted, I assume he means the rotors ,,,

Although I do have to say, from experience, there is no way to get a reliable car without the $$$$$$$. My reliable great car cost me a fortune in parts for just a mechanical cleanup of hoses and misc during the 30K.
