355 Carbon Console

So my aunt owns a graphics company based in Tampa that also specializes in wrapping vehicles. I recently sent her my center radio/gauge console from my 355 and asked her to wrap it with the same carbon wrap they use on vehicles. I did a few other interior pieces myself, but the countours of this console were too much for me to get right. They used the newest product from 3M called Scotchprint 1080 Carbon wrap (this is newer than the Di-Doc that most people have used). I think the results came out really great! The weave pattern is smaller and better than Di-Doc and this 1080 wrap looks really good. PM me if you want details on the company; they can wrap anything in carbon (or any other color...).

Tell me why do you have trouble with your center console.

Yes, i've seen your thread. Even posted in it. You did a nice job! Fortunately, most of the highly visible pieces in the 348 are flat. 355, not so much. As I noted in my post, I've already covered other pieces myself [using di-noc and a heat gun]. I was having trouble with the areas noted in the first photo below. It's very difficult to get it perfect without bubbling on the corners that indent to a point.

The second picture is from your linked thread. Note the areas that I marked and how it's bubbling. You have the same problem that I did, thus I had a professional do it
