    I replased my motors with the ones from an 1987 Alfa Milano they work 25% better.....

    I took apart one window and found that it ran perfectly. When I put it all back together it was back to being slow. I'm guessing that the channels of the door frame is binding on the pane and making the window operate slowly. As far as replacing the motor, I plan to have the motor rebuilt at a local electric shop when that day comes and I have to replace the motor.
