I agree with you. In my area, Avon, Indiana, Ferrari's are few and far in between. So there is more talk of how fascinating and gorgeous this car is then damnation. The sly remarks come from those that wish for one yet do not have the means. I tell these folks. These cars are rare. Mine is a 94 spyder. There was only 556 total spyders made in 94 and 95 for the states and I wonder how many are left. They made 44,072 vettes in those 2 years. “People these cars should in good hands and that's my job”

Wow you actually blew off the spider webs and drove it :) That's awesome! Did you ever mount that one-off Carbon (like) steering wheel or are you still easing into that project ;) ;)

Hmmm Ernie's thread is scaring me. I think I will just wax it tomorrow, take a few pics and put the cover back on :) They don't tend to have problems if you don't drive them.

I owned my 348ss for 7 years and put 20,000 miles on it, couple of 2000 mile trips in that time never had a problem, except a loose bolt on the A/C bracket.
I have owned my 355CH for 9 years and 21,000 miles later, no problems except a small slit in an upper radiator hose, my own fault, used a Ferrari hose instead of my usual after market route.
To me proper maintenance and driving these cars regularly make them as normal as any other car.
