Hello i heard ferrari chat is a very knowledgeable place for questions.

I took the car out last weekend for a drive and as i got out of the car a couple came up to tell me the car was leaking fluid. There was and abundance of coolant coming out the bottom of the car in a perfect river. I have never had any sort of issues with the car previous to this.

When i cam out of target i filled the car with coolant and drove it home as i stopped at the light i noticed i could hear what sounds like a belt slipping from what i'm guessing is from the the leaking water. I arrived home to notice a smaller hose on the driverside top that had a micro leak wich i can easly fix. The only thing i can't explain is the large leak gushing out fluid.

I filled the car with fluid again on sunday and drove it to do some tests to see if the issue was maybe a one time thing. I drove the car about 10-13 miles i then stopped and got gas and i noticed it leaked just a little. Not from the top hose but from someplace else.

I will upload a photo of the location of the little hole wich has been fixed already but the cars still having water issues. This is the time of year to drive the car and i am sad to see it failing now.

Sorry for maybe informing you to much.

Are you sure it's coming from the front of the engine?

Yes jssans. I can see it dripping when i look under the car it's between the firewall and the engine not in the middle but a little off to the left of the middle of the engine. I am going to check the hoses between the engine and the reservoir i just read overtime the hoses can disconnect.

Check the center hose that runs from the back of the water pump to the cross over pipe.

Just in front of the reservoir there is a small one going into / between the steel tubes.

It's real pain working that close to the firewall. But I would replace all the coolant hoses in that area since your there already. Some would say the best you can treat your F355 to is from: http://www.scuderiarampanteinnovations.com/solutions.html#coolant. I'm not religious but I say a little prayer for you that it's not the water pump.

I have tried to pin the leak in hopes of fixing it myself. I ended up making and appointment to have it fixed on friday when i get the alignment done. Looking forward to maybe going for a drive this saturday. I pray to god it's not a waterpump!

    Thanks for the help everyone.
