    I am going to change insurance company and they want to know the engine no.

    Stupid question, but where do I find that number????

    ......and I have checked the workshop manual......and it indicates the same place.......however, nothing to find there....

    Any place else????

    It is on the first page of the warranty/maintenance booklet if you have it.

    ...but I managed to find the "plate"....it was hidden under some hoses, wires and stuff ( mostly dirt).

    The funny thing was.....it is not the original engine obviously. The first owner must have changed it.....mine is a D40....the 320 hp version that is....and the car is a 1991 TS.

    And with hyperflow cats and with a custom made exhaust...guess the previous owner tried to get as much out of the engine what was possible.

    Because of CaptGlen I now have a Nouvalari supersport exhaust instead.
