Two articles on the Enzo infact, the delivery by Harry to the South of France and Richard Meaden doing the test.

Excellent writing and photography and not the outcome I expected.....very impressed

what a jumpy vid, they do that for drama i suppose ....the announcer seems to mumble a bit ....interesting line up, copying clarkson's lambo murci vs evo test ...the road selection hardly in favor of the enzo though, cold surface vs the others 4wd traction

EVO's video editing seems to be progressing quite a bit.

    Cool.

I'm also not a fan of this type of editing, i much prefer long takes, with less style when it comes to car video, i like to see what's going on in real time.

The mumbling announcer is not really a journalist. Its Harry Metcalfe, the owner and founder of EVO magazine. Harry is one of us, a genuine car enthusiast, and not only is the back bone of the magazine, but also has a great eclectic collection of interesting cars ( Including a Zonda, a Lotus 340R and Elan, Clio Trophy, Countach, Ferrari 330, 550 Barchetta and a FF on the way).

Evo have been doing similar affordable versus supercar "giant killer" tests ever since the magazine started more then 10 years ago. Their not copying TopGear in anyway.

EVO have recently added an in-house film maker to their team.

The article is split into two. Part one is the Enzo being driven to France by Harry Metcalfe. Part two, the comparison test, is written by Richard Meaden.

Its Nick Masons Enzo, which has been fitted with FXX wheels, and Pirelli P-Zero Corsa tyres..

don't take me wrong, i wasn't trying to be critical of him, but knowing he isn't intended as hired presenter makes sense now

i agree with you, i'd rather then rapid-fire style cut-up editing, some solid video for at least a few seconds length at a time to enjoy the sound and action ...they obviously have the footage, that's IMO

This video seems to be a promo for the magazine, so lets hope they release some more footage of the Enzo being exercised :)
